The service was slow, and I had to repeat requests. Breakfast felt disorganized. Staff were not friendly towards families and seemed unprepared.

nice experience
they ensured we were taken care of. messaging the staff at any time for any needs was amazing. sahara was particularly amazing and cared about our experience, she was loved by our whole family.
there is a disconnect between the prices charged and what is on offer in terms of quality and service.

the hotel includes awesome restaurants, especially attiko and isola. the food near the pool was delicious. the restaurants provided a variety of options for both asian food and italian cuisine, catering to different tastes.

The staff were friendly and proactive. The breakfast was special, with a nice ambient atmosphere and captivating views. I really appreciated the prompt buggy transfers. They arrived very quickly when requested, providing efficient transportation around the hotel. The food was amazing, and the location was great.
Service on the beach was sometimes slow. It was hard to get someone's attention.

i enjoyed the spacious room, it featured a lot if storage. also, the private beach access was amazing. the location was superb. it felt relaxing and secluded.
i didn't think the hotel was worth the price. service was spotty. the staff seemed overworked and undertrained, i found communicating difficult.

our room was near the kitchen, and the noise early in the morning was quite bothersome. i could hear staff preparing for breakfast and it made it difficult to sleep in. it really impacted the relaxation i hoped for .
